The dentist was very fast talking, didn't really listen to my concerns. Cleaning was very fast and rough. He did 5 composite fillings all but one have fallen off in a matter of 24 hours after till 3 months later. They weren't t even smooth - rough and could feel with my tongue always. He never polished them after. Yuk! He does not know what he is doing! stay away!

Receptionist is a complete idiot. Called to make an appointment and she rudely put me on hold, then hung up? I've now called back like ten times now answer. Ridiculous. And it's not the first time I've had problems with this woman, she should be fired.

I switched immediately to another office today. Dentist refused to do routine cleaning without my taking antibiotics(!!!) first and/or for him to speak to my surgeon at Kaiser. Unheard of. I had a femur and hip replacement 3 years ago and have been to the dentist 5 times since then without issue and without anyone making this outrageous demand. Even Delta Dental agreed, they have never heard of this. Taking antibiotics without infection present (and there is none) is very unhealthy by the way. Also, this dentist immediately pushed for "deep cleaning" even though I have no issues, pain or otherwise. There is evidence of need for this, it's just a money maker for the dentist. You may want to stay away
