Nice people here. You do have to do the driver-assistance unloading with them though so hopefully you're in good shape! ? Lol anyway, the biggest problem is the parking situation. You have to unload on a narrow and very busy street and there is no where to safely turn your truck around other than a condo complex, which I don't recommend because the security guard told us that turning around there comes with an $800 ticket! So we had to turn around in a super busy and crowded parking lot which proved to be almost impossible but we managed to finally get back out of there.
