I am sadden to find out the dentist I've been visiting for over 20+ years no longer accepts MEDI-CAL for a crown. The cost is now $1400 (per tooth). The x-ray tech that took pictures of my teeth was nice, wore proper PPE. I will go back for yearly cleaning (2x). Hope this helps someone.

Money Hungry! There not her to Help the Community at all back in the Day they did. Every little thing is about Money they are Centered in the Community and most People go here can hardly afford Dental Care, but they will try to talk you to the Bank they say they Private owned, then go elsewhere and stop taking Medi-Cal if your not even trying to help the community. There are other places that take Medi-Cal that's high tech and cleaner, I wish the Richmond Dental had the Original Caring Dentist they once had before.

Dentists are professional, I can't complain about most of them, but I've only seen one of them..there are signs on the walls prohibiting cell phones.. texting isn't a problem here, but loud phones and requests to turn them down is. I finally asked their male receptionist to ask the two people to turn down their phones...he ignored that.. after they left he asked if the phones were still loud. If the front of the office is poorly run and they ignored patients..what else are they lax about and could care less about?
