I happened upon this health center when the large one in San Pablo couldn't schedule an appointment for my newborn sooner than 3 months out. I'm glad I opted for this location, because my experience has been far greater than that at West Contra Costa Health Center. I always find parking in front and I have never seen more than 2-3 people waiting in the lobby. We are always seen within 10-15 minutes of early/on-time arrival, but I once saw a patient asked to reschedule because she checked in more than 15 minutes after her appointment. The clientele served here appears to be older, I never see any other children when I come but I always schedule morning appointments.... read full review
