Well my experience with the nurses as well as my Dr. Daniel Lee. It is one of the best in the business. Very understanding, respectful professional, and it helped his patients more than any other doctor I ever had. He's a good man, so I have no complaints about my doctor and the nurses. They are very polite and respectful. I've been going here for over ten years
Very clean and neat. Treated me very well. They want find what is causing the problem and then treat it. They don't just give you medicine to get rid of the problem they find out what's causing it...They are very respectful and professional to everyone...They always great you with a smile and always look you in the eye when they are speaking to you...
I happened upon this health center when the large one in San Pablo couldn't schedule an appointment for my newborn sooner than 3 months out. I'm glad I opted for this location, because my experience has been far greater than that at West Contra Costa Health Center. I always find parking in front and I have never seen more than 2-3 people waiting in the lobby. We are always seen within 10-15 minutes of early/on-time arrival, but I once saw a patient asked to reschedule because she checked in more than 15 minutes after her appointment. The clientele served here appears to be older, I never see any other children when I come but I always schedule morning appointments. The staff at the front desk isn't the most friendly, but they aren't rude. They just appear a little bored or tired. Aside from the clerical staff everyone is wonderful, especially FNP Kray. She doesn't keep us waiting and is very supportive and open minded. Her approach feels more holistic than sterile and she is a super sweet woman!
