We tried this hotel for the first time. We brought 2 our cats here for a week, because we needed to go out of state. We first came to see the place, and were really glad to see that the cats here have rooms, not cages. They have plenty of space for a walk, windows with a view, shelves and chairs on different levels to chill. We brought our food, some blankets and favorite scratching pole, so our cats will feel almost like home. The workers in the hotel followed our feeding schedule for our kitties. I love it! The place is clean. The humans are friendly and understanding. It's clear that they genuinely care about the cats in their care. The feline boarders seem happy there. I highly recommend Mau House Cat Hotel to pet parents.

Julie went the extra mile with a terrified fifteen year old cat whose person is hospitalized, possibly to be for a long time. Kitty is a lifelong escape artist but Julie is experienced, gentle and persistent. The Little girl is safe now, in a lovely room of her own
