We've called the phone # listed at the business and online a few times (left messages) as we are not able to open one of the washers - it reads 'door lock error' - after the load has finished. No response back, yet, and it's been close to 45mins. The business closes at 9pm at it's a bit after 1:30pm. It's a bit frustrating and hopefully someone will reply soon. I'll return and edit with outcome. Place seems clean and they have decent mags to take a look at while one waits but I am concerned now that I've read the review about mold. Didn't see any but didn't know to look beforehand. And washing blankets etc not clothing.
Cost for washing/drying seems balanced though.
2nd time here in 2 months. Traveling for work and staying down the road at the best western hotel. Walked here, and this place has good machines to do laundry . Small but clean place. Got here at 7 am on a Sunday. Just a couple of people doing laundry right now. Will be back if staying again at the same hotel. Very safe area. Did 1 small/medium load , wash, and dry within 1 hour. $3.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry.
I came for their wash and fold service and am super pleased. They hustled to make it a quick turnaround and their pricing is super reasonable. They even have a system for dropping off after hours. Super convenient.
