I had my wedding dress altered here after a coworker recommended them, and I am so glad I did. At first, I was a little hesitant because I thought they mainly specialized in dry cleaning, and my dress was very delicate tulle with seven layers, so I wanted someone experienced. Other bridal boutiques quoted me between $700-$1,000 for alterations, which honestly stressed me out.
Cathy, the seamstress, completely exceeded my expectations. She worked her magic and my dress turned out absolutely perfect beautiful fit, and handled with so much care. You can tell she really knows what she's doing.
The best part? I paid about half of what other places were asking.
These are ethical folks. Their rewards program gave me an award last September, and not only did they honor it almost seven months later, but due to a technical issue, they were having trouble awarding 10% and they gave me something like 30% off to make sure that I got my award. I also find their delivery service to be terrific and appreciate the environmentally friendly cleaning process.
We have been customers of Bob's Cleaners for YEARS! There is no one else I would trust our vintage wools and silks to. I have also used their alteration services many times. We LOVE Bob's Cleaners! Super nice owners and excellent services. Support your local family owned businesses!
