I was in the optical center and didn't have an appointment, they got me in there, got my order for new glasses and was out of there in no time. And they will mail my new glasses to me. I always like coming here.
Rebecca was fast, efficient, and fun. Very energetic. Her work felt accurate. She had me choose which of option 1 or option 2 was clearer and if I needed to see them again, no problem. Then she moved on quickly. Very good.
I needed an unusual frame to meet my specifications. I was also in a hurry. Alexie moved quickly and efficiently. We found just the frame at a reasonable price and within 10 minutes I was on my way, just waiting for the text that would tell me the glasses were ready. GREAT JOB!
