My optician Jessica Benitez was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I came in with a prescription for progressives, but I decided I wanted bifocals, so she contacted my Kaiser optometrist and showed me frames while we waited for an updated prescription.
Very speedy--- and young man was courteous and professional simultaneously. I had an appointment, and it took only 30 minutes total.
Dr. Laxamana not only filled my prescription but also suggested that I purchase a pair of long-distance glasses for driving. This is a HUGE relief to me, as I have some trouble seeing signs at a distance.
My helper was very helpful and agreeable. Order one pair and pre-ordered another pair of glasses. Prices were very competitive maybe even better than elsewhere. I also had an eye exam which corrected I problem I had with a previous place's exam prescription.
