Groundwork Richmond, Maintenance Yard

Groundwork Richmond is a nonprofit based in Richmond, CA, focused on environmental justice, youth development, and community revitalization. We engage local youth through green job training, urban forestry, and environmental education. By planting trees, creating green spaces, and improving air quality, we work to build a healthier, more resilient Richmond. Our programs empower young people with leadership skills and career pathways in sustainability. As part of the national Groundwork USA network, we are dedicated to promoting equity, environmental stewardship, and lasting community impact.
