I came here several times because I needed a TB test and the district was paying for it. The other bonus is that it was closest to my house. The first couple of tests were OK, even though the woman working the front counter was rude and spent way too much time in the back of the office. I was there once and spent time watching people amble in, drop off their cards, and wait. If she had been with a patient, that would have been one thing, but she wasn't, so they seemed to be making us wait because they could. They also had all of these signs telling people what they could do, that they needed to wait and they were quite rude. I'm not surprised that they have closed. This last time, when I went there, I got a shot for the tb test and for the first time, it was much more painful than it had been in the past. It also itched like the dickens. And I had a mound of itchy bump on my skin. It became a bruise which was sore for over a week. That never happened before. Clearly the woman giving the injection hadn't a clue of how to do it.

When I came here two days ago to get a TB test I got in and out but, the girl who took my TB test did not know what she was doing. My TB test blood for an hour and I got a bruse.OMG ... Never will I come to this place again. The Employees are RUDE AS HELL and the wait time is ridiculous I was told I would get called back when a room was free. Two and a half hours later a room is free and no one came out the back. But now I'm in a room waiting and no one has came to do anything. I would not recommend this place to anybody

I'm in to take my pre employment drug test. First they open at 8am. I got here at 9. Still waited almost 20 minutes for anyone to open the window. Whatever. I'm filling out paperwork, and have a quick question. Chick has food in her hand. Still, whatever. Then this girl, in the middle of me asking her the question, starts texting. Holding food in one hand and texting with the other. Takes another 45 seconds. "Oh, I'm sorry, what was the question?" Wtf you're at work with a patient. Get the hell off your phone! They got me out quickly, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. Seriously, though... how unprofessional can you get?! Management needs new employees or maybe some discipline for lazy ass people. Get your act together, woman!!!

I had an appointment today and I was scared for the bads reviews that I read in Yelp. Being honest, the building is not amazing and the office doesn't look really normal, but the service was really good. The receptionist is a young girl who is really nice, and the nurse who attended me was so polite.

I came Tuesday DURING BUSINESS HOURS STATED ON MY FORM TO COME to get my physical done for a job, the young rude nurse at the window popping gum looks at me like I have sh** on my face tells me "you gotta have an appointment" clearly on my paper it says come at the states time. I politely smiled and took the appt for Wednesday (Today) I am currently sitting in the doctors office as I type this!! I arrived at 1:27pm for my 1:30pm appt.. No greeting, blank stares, I went out my way to ask the nurse HOW ARE YOU TODAY, HELLO. you know, normal sh** you do in a business environment. Hmmm yea.. So it's only me & one other girl (whom I recognize from my job interview) it is 2:35PM & all we did was blood pressure, weight & sugar in the urine test. No updates. No she will be in soon. No how are you doing in there. then on top of that they are sending me somewhere else to complete the physical wasted gas !!!!! I could go on and on but I guess I should get driving since its been almost 2 hours !!
