I recently had this company come out to give me an estimate for repairing a corner of my carpet and cleaning the whole thing afterward. Ruben seemed very experienced and explained the process clearly. We set up an appointment for a morning and I let them know I had a meeting later that day, so I needed everything finished before then. Ruben double-checked with the office to confirm the crew and equipment would be available.
