I had back pain and it started on 10/27/2024. My ROM was limited, and the pain level was 7-10/10. The medications that I used were Ibuprofen, Celebrex, Voltaren (i/m injection and gel). I used a hot pack, and tens, I did stretching exercises... I felt better for a while, but on 11/24/2024 (it was Sunday) I could not walk. I had sciatica on my left leg. My left lower extremity motor and sensory functions were compromised. The main symptoms were pain that radiated the buttocks, leg, and foot, numbness, and tingling. My daughter (MSN, RN, NEA-BC) insisted I go to the chiropractor Marwan Chahayed and she made an appointment on 11/25/2024. I went skeptically. He evaluated my condition, then put the tense on my back and buttock to relax my muscles and did the magic adjustment. Afterward, he asked me to walk, and I walked... Have you seen the movies, when the person is in a wheelchair and the messiah/savior asks him to leave the wheelchair and walk? Great staff ,very friendly and accommodating. Dr Marwan was knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns and made me feel heard . Also ,an old shoulder injury I have had for over 3 years ,the Dr put back into place and immediately on leaving the office I noticed I had full mobility of that arm again . I would definitely recommend this office to a friend/family .
Dr. Chahayed is an amazing chiropractor and a terrific person. I have been a patient of his for more than a decade and have always been impressed by Dr. Chahayed's ability to diagnose the cause of any symptoms from which I have been suffering. Today, after a number of sessions with physical therapy recommended by my doctor, with minimal results, I visited Dr. Chahayed who immediately diagnosed the problem and provided immediate relief. He has a great depth of knowledge and has never disappointed in his ability to do what is necessary to help relieve the pain from which I had suffered. He is simply the best.
