Our air conditioner stopped working mid day. I got home at almost 7pm and tried to use Google and YouTube to diagnose the problem, but the air was still not turning on. I found Andes Heating & Air Conditioning on Google. Elbers was so kind to take my call at almost 9pm amd provided me with the best and worst case scenario based on the info I shared. He said he could be at my house before 9am the next morning, and now our AC is working again. I appreciate Elber's quick and thorough communication, and quick work at a reasonable price. We know we'll be calling Elbers and Andes Heating & Air Conditioning if we have any future problems.

Elbers was the technician who came out, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, what needed to be done, and why. He was also very transparent about the fees and rates before any work was started, which I really appreciated.
