I replaced my dead rooftop HVAC unit with an electric heat pump last winter. Juan Torres from Accurate Zone submitted one of the lower bids, and he also came highly recommended by several of my friends who have used his services for years. He and his partner installed my new heat pump along with the ductwork and new vents, the work converting from gas to electric for the heating component, reroofing under the new unit, 2 attic fans, Nest thermostat and the permits. It was a big job – 5 days – and they were organized, punctual, hardworking, efficient and friendly throughout. Well, Juan over at Accurate Zone has saved the day not once but twice this year. Last Spring he helped get our old limping, leaking evaporative cooler running again. And just today after a botched attempt (on my part) to replace the burnt out 3/4 HP motor and pulley, he and his partner Ishmael got our system running better than ever. It will be time to replace the entire unit next year and I wouldn't go anywhere else, from Cathy in the office to Juan on your roof, they're the best!
