Our shower pan failed after 15 years. Eligio was one of four bids. There was one bid lower than his and two higher. Eligio was by far the most professional with a very detailed proposal. Upon his first visit to check out the situation he was the only one to test the shower pan. He plugged the drain pipe below where it attaches to the drain and found it failed. He gave us two options. His work was first rate and exact. He always let me know when he was arriving or leaving. He started the work and worked right through until completion. Eligio Tapia and his team remodeled both of my bathrooms. Mr. Tapia is professional with great integrity. His team work seamlessly and are perfectionists. My neighbors saw their work and their professionalism, so they hired Tapia and team too! See attached picture as sample of one bathroom - wonderful. (They also worked with other contractor teams to remodel my kitchen - they are just awesome.)

I called Eligio in the morning for a quote, and he was onsite within two hours. We agreed on a fair price, and his team started that same day at 1 PM. The job was completed two days later, and the quality of the finished work was excellent. They were responsive, fairly priced, and easy to work with. I plan to use them again for my kitchen floor.
