Stanley is one of the most honest plumbers I've ever worked with hands down. He's honest and went miles for me and my family to take care of our plumbing needs. We had a broken sewer pipe in our tree covered Burlingame Hills, front hill that is lovely compact rock hard clay that was covered by a nice giant tree root with siblings. Stanley came out to look at it and advised the situation of a repair that was due. He fixed it and even did the repair three feet further up into the hill. No nonsense just straight forward, this is the problem, this is what you need to do. We'll be calling him again next Spring when the tree siblings have grand siblings.
