I needed my water heater replaced under warranty. RoyalTech was able to complete the work on very short notice. Everyone was very professional and the service was excellent. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that they would not diagnose the issue remotely and wanted to charge $295 to diagnose the issue on-site. Using the internet and a few phone calls, I was able to diagnose the issue myself and saved $295.

Douglas was wonderful in helping us with our tankless water heater issue. He’s extremely knowledgeable about his work and excels at troubleshooting. After evaluating our current unit, we decided to install a brand-new tankless water heater instead of repairing or replacing the old one. Douglas did an excellent job with the installation and completed the work very quickly.
He’s responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process. I really enjoyed working with him and give him the highest recommendation.
