Such a great combination of strength and core (and the occasional cardio!) in a very effective and efficient class - Ruth is an amazing, high energy instructor who always programs challenging, but incredibly fun, classes, and she so helpfully keeps an eye on form and offers assists throughout.

This is a fantastic studio! It's always clean, well organized, and welcoming. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and create a great atmosphere for every class. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking, making it easy to get to. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you can count on getting an excellent workout every time. I highly recommend it!

This is absolutely my favorite workout! I try to do it 3 days a week when I can. Can make it as hard or not as you want. I love it! Not your usual pilates class, fun, upbeat, loud music, fast paced, and makes the workout fly by. Love it, highly recommend!
