No show inspite of confirmation message. I confirmed via text and still saw a locked up building. I waited for over an hour as I had travelled for this appointment, tried contacting on both her phone numbers and insta - got 0 replies.

Made an appointment for my daughter early Saturday morning. I dropped her off and on my way back home my daughter called me that the person that had an appointment before her was still there waiting for Andrea to arrive. They called and texted and no response. No apologies or rescheduling. So unprofessional, my daughter was worried something happened to her…guess what she’s ok posting on social media like nothing. If I could give her 0 stars I would!

I messaged Andrea on Instagram about what happened. She replied by saying she’s on vacation. Ok, so why is booking available if she’s not available, like what? She took no accountability about what happened. No, “I’m sorry that was your experience” or “I’m available these dates if you want to rebook.” Instead, she put the blame on me saying it’s my own fault because “I chose to drive down there.” Please save your money. Plenty of hairstylists out there who are respectful and actually care about their clients.
