There are many bad lawyers out there, I unfortunately have experienced several. I was in a tough spot after spending a lot of money on a lawyer who ended up not being able to handle my difficult case. After calling nearly every appropriate lawyer in the Bay Area and thoroughly quizzing them on how they would handle this very difficult case, I finally found Richard Kelly. He was a godsend to me at that point, he was able to understand my complex situation and quickly figure out a way to navigate through it for -Perfect- results. I'm really not certain I would recommend their services even though Mike Mengarelli did get a settlement offer in the end through mediation. I didn't always feel that he had my best interest at hand nor did he listen to my case properly. There were times during the case his advise on specific situations I feel hurt my case even when my concerns were in writing. Possibly because it was a relatively small case which is why I felt less heard I didn't feel completely protected against the other side.
