Paul and his team are the best! I needed a deep clean when I moved out of my apartment and Paul and his team made it happen. The management team was very happy when I turned in my clean apartment! He is also super responsive and works very well with my busy schedule. Super recommend them!

I highly recommend Paul and his cleaning teams! I have high standards for housecleaning. I've been using Paul's team for a year now, and they consistently do an amazing job! I love walking into the house after they have cleaned. It looks, smells and feels clean. Paul is super friendly and easy to communicate with and I am very grateful to his team for all of their hard work. They leave my house looking beautiful every time. Thank you!

Well. I've been using them for like a year and a half now, and they are always pretty good. We have a large and messy house with some unusual accommodations and they have always happily rolled with them.Lately I've noticed the cleans have been slipping a little but didn't say anything. Stuff left uncleaned, parts missed. A couple months ago they broke my handmade, handpainted pottery kitchen butter bell (i'm an artist so this was kind of personal). I was miffed because it was broken but nobody said anything, management never contacted me, it was just thrown in the trash outside. I allowed myself to believe maybe there was a miscommunication. I told Paul about it and he apologized. I was very sad but I understand accidents happen, so I let it go gently and painstakingly made myself another butter bell. Today they broke that too, along with a handpainted salt shaker from a close friend. I don't know how they managed to break both pieces since they weren't even in the same area. I'm heartbroken and furious. Paul has offered to try and make it right but honestly like.... To keep breaking the same dang object. I don't understand and it seems like a sign that someone isn't respecting my property. Also like, they requested recently that I purchase cleaning rags and microfiber rags for the team to use and I happily did so, but they never actually used them throughout the last several cleans, despite me communicating to management multiple times where they were (placed in a very obvious spot for ease of use). So I'm annoyed about that as well, feeling like I made that purchase for no reason.

We have been using Paul and his team for monthly house cleaning (except for a period during the pandemic, by our own choice) and move-out deep cleans since 2018. They are hardworking, friendly, efficient, and thorough. We especially appreciate how flexible and understanding they have been when we've had multiple indoor-only pets that required us to move them from one closed room to another so the cleaners could get to every spot in the house, without risking our pets getting in their way or trying to make a break for it when they open the front door to grab more supplies. Our last landlord was so impressed with their move-out deep clean that he asked what company we used. I was sure to tell him Kelly House Cleaners!

Paul and his team are professional and responsive. Always responsive within 24 hours and offer some flexibility with advanced notice. The crew is detailed oriented and will focus on certain areas when requested. I have had several cleaners in the past and Paul and his team are by far the best!Service: Standard cleaning

Moved in with some house mates and it was apparent the landlord did not have our common areas cleaned. Paul the owner sent a team of 4 cleaners within the hour to deep clean our bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. We where super pleased with the efficiency quality and price in all. Already reserved them for monthly cleaning.Service: Deep clean
