Waited for 20 minutes after my appointment time until I was finally helped and I told the nail tech I wanted gel nails. She proceeds to cut my nails short then tries to talk me into getting a whole set of acrylics that would’ve been $80+ with what I was looking for. I said no, and then they made me wait for another nail tech so he could help me instead for some reason. Honestly I wanted to leave at that point and I should’ve. The male tech did fake nails on the nails that the first nail tech cut (for an extra $15 but I had no choice at this point) and gel on the rest. While curing my nails I told him the UV pen was burning and he continued to use both the pen and the lamp close to each individual nail for several minutes. He also left gel under my nails and it is disgusting and clumpy and so uncomfortable. I am leaving this review because barely 3 weeks later my nails are peeling off and I am highly unsatisfied and will not be returning or giving them any more of my time or money. Do yourself a favor and do your research before you come here.

My inch long natural nails are destroyed!!!!! The worst experience I’ve had in a long time!!!! I came in for a simple gel manicure and pedicure on my natural nails. The stylist couldn’t complete a simple French tip on my pedicure and I should’ve took that a a sign to leave, but I let her continue onto my manicure. The design I had picked was simple and abstract although the problems started with the base of the manicure. The application of the polish was inconsistent and poorly done leaving the base chunky with imperfections like hair in the polish. When she started on the design and I could see how bad it was getting and I asked her to stop and take it off. I gave her another opportunity to just do a natural color polish. She did not take all the initial product off and attempted to pile more product on top the old. At that point I was completely done. I asked for no more drill bc the damage done to my natural nails was too much at that point. She proceeded to continue to drill my nails after I asked for a soak off. I asked her to repair a nail that was cracked with an acrylic overlay, but the drill happy manicurist destroyed the patch she put on herself. I have nearly inch long natural nails, which take me 6 months to grow out. This lady completely destroyed my natural nails to the point they broke off shortly leaving the salon and I am left with nubs. I always make she I’m tipping my nail girls fat, and to be done so wrong makes me sick to my stomach. This was not my first time there but will be the last time me or anyone I know frequents this salon ever again!!!!! If you care about your nail health find another salon!!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! 0/10!!!!

I took my girlfriend here thinking her nails would be done good because they’re usually good we’ve been going for years… the quality of the place has definitely gone down , the way the workers treat people especially of color and the quality of the work ? Point is why am I paying 200 dollars for my girlfriend’s nails to pop off after a few days ?? & while she got sick they wanted her to still come in to fix & because she couldn’t come a day later, in a week when we came back they ruined her nails and made her acrylic toes look terrible and extra long out of spite of her just wanting them fixed and they cant even do a simple French tip… stop coming here y’all it actually sucks and they have terrible customer service !

the worst place to get ur nails done if u actually want things done ur way…. u want acrylic on toes? Nope. A simple French tip ? Absolutely not. Glitter sugar? Nope not even if u wanted it, ask to fix the shape or do extra work, just it’s always no the lazy un-polite workers that and the owner is of no help at all, save ur self $200 and go to a nail tech boo .

I have been coming here for many years, although quite honestly, I have been consistently grossed out by the filth. Because the price is good and my nails are usually the beautiful I have returned repeatedly despite a lot of hesitation over the lack of cleanliness
For example, I have seen food and beverages, cockroaches and of course, generalized nail clippings and skin clippings, etc. everywhere. I came on Tuesday after memorial day this year first thing in the morning. The salon was very quiet with only one customer getting ready to pay and leave and one person having a pedicure. The nail technician at the nail desk directly behind the sink waved me over for my fill. When I sat down, she motion for me to put my hands on the towel that was laid across the nail station. It was the towel that she had used for the previous customer. It was complete with a disgusting array of nail clippings and skin. I had to ask for a fresh towel, which clearly annoyed her. Not only was the towel dirty but the desk was filthy as well as though nothing had been cleaned since the last day of business. The rest of the appointment was spent essentially in silence while I wished it would be over as soon as possible. I don’t know if it was a coincidence because she was irritated over the towel, but it was by far the worst fill I have ever had. For me this was at, and I will not be returning.
