It was my first time visiting this gym but not my first time at f45. Ben was attentive and provided support during the exercises. He adjusted my stance and provided suggestions. Loved the energy and the encouragement.
Facilities are clean and equipment well maintained. Free parking in a nearby lot was icing in the cake!
F45 is definitely my current fitness favorite, especially for strength training. I visited the Redwood City location last night for the first time and can't wait to go back! Frank was a great coach and the workout itself (Fusion) was incredible.
I’ve tried so many other workouts in the past from Barry’s to hot pilates to barre, and f45 has by far been my favorite! I love how the workouts change every day and the community is so positive and friendly.
