OMG! He provided beyond excellent service, and I am more than happy with their business! I asked him to connect my portable washer to the toilet line. The communication was very smooth and timely. He came with a shoe cover, so I didn't ask him to take off his shoes, or I would have felt awkward. That's very professional and thoughtful for cultural aspects! He went to get the parts and completed the task in just an hour! The best plumber service I've ever had!
