We have used Bartlett and its predecessor, S.P. McClenahan, for many years. We were somewhat concerned when Bartlett acquired them, but the same friendly, professional service has not missed a beat. They do a trim of our trees every year, sending out the liaison for our account. They also do semi-annual feeding and fertilizer for our prized camphor tree and a few others. In the past few years it has been Juan Larios. Wow! Juan is knowledgeable and focuses his recommendations based on his history with our yard.
