I’ve been seeing Dr. Lipson for about a year. While his bedside manner is fine, the overall experience with the office has been frustrating. When I needed imaging, the referral process was mishandled. The clinic they sent me to was unreachable for weeks. Once I got a hold of the clinic Dr. Lipson sent me to, I found out the referral wasn’t submitted correctly and had a lot of information missing. Ultimately my insurance denied the request because my medical history was also not submitted by Dr. Lipson’s office. I had to handle most of the follow-up on my own, which should not be the case.
