Staff is very nice. Though I haven't required too much advice while shopping here, the staff seem helpful and knowledgeable. They do have a variety of most products. However, there was one ot two instances where they carried similar parts but not the one or the size I needed.
Went after work to grab some drill bits before working on installing a ground anchor. So glad I went here instead of the usual spots. Staff on site was FAST and knew their stuff. Incredibly friendly as well. New go-to hardware store.
I just went in today to look for a part for a defective Amazon product I ordered. Phil was so helpful, he spent 20 min helping me out - he ended up fixing it for me and I didn’t spend a dime but he didn’t seem to mind at all! Genuinely happy to help out a customer. I will be coming back to support this store for sure.
