South Bay Galleria Optometric, Eyexam of CA - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I always have a good experience at this store. I have a regular ophthalmologist so I just need an eye exam. Professional staff and doctor, exam explained and through, and a wide selection of frames. I wear glasses 24/7, trifocals, sunglasses outdoors always, and I have glaucoma. I expect to pay a lot even with insurance, glasses routinely cost $400-500 for RX glasses and shades. I am never disappointed with my glasses from LensCrafters!

The customer service was exceptional! I was able to schedule an appointment with the optometrist the same day and order my glasses. After I obtained my prescription, Jason, the assistant manager, assisted me in ordering my glasses. He demonstrated exceptional customer service by addressing all critical aspects of my order and ensuring that the process was both effortless and enjoyable. I felt at ease due to his easy-going nature.

Excellent customer service. They cared about my needs --- the warranty on my old glasses, cleaning the lens and tightening them, helping me look for what I needed regarding new eye glasses, etc. They took the time to help me. They were patient. I recommend coming here.
