Great experience over the last few months! The front desk is fantastic and the medical care is consistently excellent. They really care about their patients here. Thank you so much to my nurse practitioner.

I was able to get a same day appointment for an urgent matter with Dr. Meiji Tran, and even though it is 25 min further than another location I had a wonderful experience. Short check in and wait times, and I was really impressed by the thorough services. Parking was tight but it is Redondo. I plan on making it my Primary.

I walked into my appointment with Dr. Gena Craemer feeling intense anxiety and overwhelm, and walked out feeling heard, reassured, and genuinely cared for—which is something I don’t take lightly. She took the time to listen to every single concern, never rushed me, and made sure I felt understood. She went above and beyond by ordering tests to make sure I was truly okay, giving me a level of reassurance I really needed.
What truly amazed me is that she even searched for medications my insurance would cover to save me money—who does that anymore?! That level of care and consideration is rare.
And the kindness didn’t stop there—the nurse (I didn’t catch her name, but I loved hearing she’s an owl fan!) was so warm, friendly, and attentive, which made such a difference when I was feeling so anxious.
You can feel the genuine compassion and heart from everyone in this office. I honestly feel so lucky to have found Dr. Craemer—she turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where I felt safe and supported. Absolute gem.

Not the best but also not the worst. Appointments get cancelled sometimes. Think there is something wrong with their scheduling system. It said I had an appointment at a different clinic I've never been to before. I wish appointments did't get cancelled so much.

Excellent medical office. I read the reviews and I was scared to go to the doctor, but everything went great. I don't understand why people write such bad reviews. The office is clean, the receptionist is friendly, and I was seen within 10 minutes. The nurse (I don't remember her name) was very attentive and interested in helping me. I also liked Dr. Abe Baquir. I had all my tests done on the same day. Was I lucky? I don't think so. I believe that every patient is treated with the same care. If you treat people with kindness and a good heart, I think you'll get nothing but kindness in return.

The customer service is not that great. The environment feels very hostile when you walk in, and I've lost count on the number of times the doctor has called in sick, and I, or my family members, have had to reschedule our appointments. Very disappointed with the lack of communication to patients, and mediocre customer service. Please take this as constructive criticism, as we want this office to succeed just as much as the workers do.

It sucks 20 minutes I waited to connect to the phone. I said 1 minute to talk comfortably. And they hung up. You can wait 1 hour and 2 hours extra even if you go at your appointment time at the messy hospital. 🤷🏻‍♂️
