Working with David Weitzel at South Bay Equity Lending was an absolute breeze from start to finish. Worked with Dave Weitzel who was highly recommended and I learned why. We walked in thinking this was a simple equity loan but turned out to be a bit tougher than we expected. There were 3 rounds of conditions that we had to meet and Dave was on it and helped us get through all of it. It was longer than we expected but there were special circumstances that we were able to get through. And Dave and his team behind him never waivered in walking with us or leading us at times.
