I just had a massage therapy session with Niki and I am blown away at the results. After an accident I had been suffering with pain in my left shoulder for over a year. This pain was starting to radiate down my whole left side and was even causing weakness in my left knee. I had a massage therapy session with Niki and my shoulder is pain free and the related issues are also disappearing. I wish I would have visited Niki sooner.

My husband and I both workout at this location since they first open. We love the fact that this is a small private studio and not a huge gym. The gym is spotless and has everything we need. It is really meant to be used as a private gym where you would workout with a trainer. My trainer, Paul , is the very best and after ten years I know he is a forever trainer for me. The trainers are all independent so if you would like some info please contact me.

Support your local training gym! This private training gym is located off PCH in Redondo Beach. Great place to get personal training and well maintained facility. Clean overall. Equipment is clean.
