I came to Dr. Diba at Proactive Chiropractic & Sports Medicine dealing with lower right back pain and serious stiffness in my back and shoulders — a lot of it built up from surfing. After just our first session, I felt immediate relief. It was honestly remarkable.

We brought my mom in for her first-ever chiropractic session, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. She had been in severe pain for over two weeks and could barely walk but after one visit, she felt immediate relief.
The doctor was not only incredibly skilled, but also compassionate, patient, and professional. He took her in last minute on the same day, explained everything clearly, and took his time during the consultation to really listen to her concerns. I had lived with Chronic back pain (middle back area) since I'm 13 years old. My pain level has always been about 8 in a scale of 10, and at times due to my work I have lost mobility in the area. I sincerely can say that I started getting better and obtained better results after being treated at Proactive Chiropractic . My back pain became more manageable, and the doctor was able to get better results than in the last 20 years of getting treated at multiple other places.
