Olha is terrific! She was quick to reply when I first reached out, and scheduled me for just a couple days later! She is very complimentary and eager to help whatever hair issue you may have. I totally appreciated the earnest listening she did when I described my own hair trials and tribulations. She explained what she could do and then gave me a fantastic whole new style! Olha also showed me how to blow dry it, and didn't even use any harsh chemical laden products on my hair - it's full of life like never before! I love it! And I also love her! She is very kind and so cheerful. It's refreshing - thank you so much!!!
