My Rinnai is a year old but exhibited excess scsling due to hard water. Eli showed ne the live feed and recommended a cold line filter to reduce scaling issue. He completed the cleaning service and installed the filter in ~1 hour. EXCELLENT WORK!

UPDATE: That same day Luis, a supervisor who had worked on installing my tankless water heater a couple years earlier, came by to finalize my options and to go over the work that was going to be done. He gave me a realistic timeline with solid start and completion dates. While the pricing is pushing my budget higher, I'm confident that you get what you pay for. I've been very satisfied with the last project they did.
