This is a great place to get your hair done. The lady is nice and polite. She makes sure that I like the length she's cutting it and when she was done she told me to check it again so she could fix anything if needed. But she didn't need to fix anything and it came out looking great. I've been to other places and they always cut it way too short than what I had told them I wanted it to be. So for the price and service you get it's worth going and checking this place out. Just ask about the prices before getting anything done because it's not $9, she informed me that kids are only $9

The advertising sign in front of the store says "$9 and up" but you should inquire to qualify what and who the $9 haircut applies to. I assumed the most basic of haircuts, no styling or layering like with women's hair, for a male (and to me the length of the hair should have no bearing to the cost of a haircut since it's usually a simple snip whether cutting off 1" or 8" or 24", then refining the layering from there, so I get it that women's hair might cost a bit more due to the complexity of layering where a male getting a straight cut is easier and faster) it is NOT $9.00, but I was told it was $15.00. I'm not sure if the pricing is subjective like in Tijuana where the business sizes you up and figures out what to charge you, and possibly differently than another person. I'll say this 'tho, the haircut was good enough for me, the lady was polite and pleasant if not friendly too. I also gave her a generous tip too, and she seemed shocked, so I am assuming that the clientele that comes through here don't tip and she's not accustomed to getting extra, and seemed appreciative of that. This place is hidden, tucked away in the back of the shopping complex. I think with all things, it's probably best to "ask first" rather than make assumptions and then be disappointed or surprised if it's other than what you'd presumed. So, if you're coming in for the $9 haircut, go here, ask about it, tell them what you want or expect or need, see if it's $9 or what the price is and decide from there. I see a lot of poor Yelp reviews of this business, but I didn't encounter anything warranting a complaint. Parking is easy here. It's near the Saigon Market shopping grocery store.

She does exactly what I ask for and I'm extremely picky. She makes sure I like it and if I want a change she does it. I think she does an excellent job :) I have brought a couple friends here and they agree with me! We all have different hair types and the outcome is exactly what we had in mind.
