Hardwood Floor Specialists

I'm not a customer. Yet. I live in another state. But I called with some flooring questions and to ask information about environmentally safer products to be used in hardwood floor installations (bec CA is more progressive about that stuff). Joe was kind, courteous, and did his best to answer my questions and make some helpful suggestions. I appreciated the customer service.

They get one star only because I want to tell others about the LACK OF SERVICE they give. The man that answers the phone (Joe) is nice, but couldn't offer much about scheduling and didn't ask me important information on the first call, so I called back to tell him. The Estimator (Jessie) was in the office at that time so he put me on the phone with him because he apparently keeps his own schedule. He scheduled an appointment to come measure the floors at one of our properties six days out. I was having the door unlocked for the day and told him no one would be there. I took the plunge recently and decided to pull up all my carpets and replace them with hardwood (stairs) and laminate for the upstairs landing and bedrooms. My experience was very positive indeed. The whole job was completed in a timely manner, the price was reasonable, and I am thrilled with how my second floor looks. I had received a much lower bid from Sinbads in Torrance, who tried to sell me laminate for the staircase, which would have been a disaster, as it might have popped up and caused a bad accident. The estimator and installers are professional and the job was done completely to my satisfaction.
