The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam.
