“I had pacific coast handy man company work on my remodel on a home I just purchased they were amazing Had my tile and counters done i was amazed with results they also installed some drywall we need for my kids room they textured and painted most of the rooms around the home also had wooden floors installed I compared prices with 4 different contractors there prices were fair best of all there work was excellent The guys we're very clean and detailed I'd used them again in the near future. “I have used Zilvanis and his team several times since early 2023. There is seemingly nothing they can't handle.From repairing garage door seals, to sliding doors, to drywall, they do it all. From installing new TV mounts, to smart home accessories, to helping build furniture, his team is very efficient.He usually can get a person to me in 1-2 days latest, depending upon the job. His team is always on time, is very polite and courteous, and usually finishes on time or even early (barring any surprises or setbacks).I admittedly was surprised by his hourly rate (~$130/hr) but you really do get what you pay for. His team is efficient, quick, and no-nonsense. They don't engage in small talk, so the job just gets done.His team is excellent at cleanup too. I am pretty meticulous about cleaning and I rarely have to do anything after they've left.I already have a dedicated plumber and electrician that I've gone to for years, but for everything else, I've only used Zilvanas' team for the the past year, and I can't imagine going elsewhere for my needs.“

We needed to replace the bathroom fan, a job too small for electricians we inquired. Cass first came to inspect and make sure it's in her scope of work and kindly helped to identify the model and size for the replacement free. She came back 2nd time after we bought the replacement and finished the work neatly and perfectly. She'll definitely be our go to next time around.“

“We were happy working with Noga and Luis. Our project consisted of fixing a gap between the back of the stove and an old countertop, having a backsplash installed in the bathroom, removing some old electrical equipment, and painting both the bathroom and kitchen walls. Noga arrived for an estimate within an hour or so or making a telephone inquiry, made the estimate in writing by e-mail in 48 hours, and the pricing was both consistent and competitive even though we had a change order on the paint color for the bathroom. Patient, kind, transparent, respectful, and thorough, with a nice balance of hard work and small talk/levity - considering the 4 other visits or "estimates" that were either more on the high side with a challenge putting anything turnkey in writing - we were able to get this project started and finished with Noga and Luis with 5 days of the initial inquiry.
