UPDATE after response from owner: all I have to say is LOL. The most unprofessional, tacky response. First of all, if removing a makeup stain is not guaranteed (after I SPECIFICALLY pointed out this was my only concern) then that should have been COMMUNICATED prior. Secondly, the pricing is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Get off your high horse owner, and treat your customers with respect.

Been using this cleaners for years and after another bad experience I have to leave a review and let them know I will no longer be using them. The issue is that I have clothes that they dry clean that for washing and washing that for dry clean. Also they will charge for dry clean and wash and then do the same for the other. Now they are getting many locations and the customer service not there and nothing ever fixed or made right or better. My husband has had pearl buttons cracked on many times and they will not fix I have to fix them for him. I finally am tired and not sure why I keep going. No work is done at the location so they cant fix anything no matter where you go. I just with they would do what they say before I need to leave a review. If you are wondering to use them do not use them . They are not the same as they used to be and dont have the care they had in the years of start. I am very loyal person and let things slide but too long I wait and do not like to get bad service, be charged wrong and then dont fix nothing. Better to use small place that has good service and makes a wrong right. Again I will never use them again.

Whenever I have delicate clothing I need dry cleaned, pants hemmed, or my designer purses cleaned, I ALWAYS use Door to Door. I have always received excellent results and they are always detailed oriented. I just recently got married in Europe and about a week before I left, I accidentally got a stain on my wedding gown. I was panicking and not only was I hesitant to trust anyone with my gown, I was also short on time. Thank goodness, my seamstress recommend the best, Yosr, who went above and beyond to make my gown perfect for my wedding day. She truly went the extra mile, making sure it was delivered to her rapidly, and returning it to me a few days before I left. She not only cleaned my dress but also, pressed it and hung it specially for me (in special wrapping) so to preserve it's freshness on the plane, overseas. I am incredibly grateful for Yosr and can truly say that even after an 11 hr flight, my dress was perfect for the wedding day. Door to Door is the best in quality and in customer service !

We have used Door to Door for years and have noticed the poor quality and high prices recently!! My husband accidentally put socks in the drycleaning bag, and they drycleaned them and charged us 2.99 I just received my last drycleaned items and was charged $44 for 1 women's suit and blouse!! They never send an Itemized bill, and our invoices are high. I called to ask what they do when they find socks or items put in the drycleaning bag instead of the laundry bag, and she told me they have to charge. Why not call your long time clients? Those items are is not normally drycleaned, so why not reach out and clarify. We will not be using them anymore. I will be going to a local family run cleaners that treat us well and are considerate of our finances.

The Manhattan office was so friendly in setting up a pickup and clean of our huge 15 foot rug in our master bedroom. We had never had it cleaned because other companies wouldn't move the bed. The rug came back spotless and the staff moved the bed and put it all back perfectly. I am so pleased with their service and will only use them from now on for all my cleaning needs. Look no further. Door to Door has the best service!

Not only was I beyond satisfied with the customer service that was provided by Door to Door, but they did an amazing job getting a wine stain out of a dress shirt! Awesome customer service and great service provided is the best we can ask for. Thank you Door to Door... Keep up the good work!
