I walked and was accommodated promptly, it was unusual to have asked to pay for a service before receiving it. At the I gave the gentleman a tip and was advised it was not sufficient and that a 20% was more reasonable. Advised them would not since its even greater than a restaurant gratuity for a party of 8 at a restaurant and an unreasonable ask. Tip is optional and voluntarily given not demanded.

Lili is so thorough! She is the only person in LA who could solve my neck crick. Anything from hot stones to warm towels and hot oil was involved. Now it’s my weekly ritual, I’m addicted! Thanks Lili.
