We had wooden floors in our rental in Hermosa Beach ruined by a 15 pound dog that left HUGE urine stains in every room. The smell and discoloration were horrific. Assured Quality Woodcraft removed all the urine stained boards, sanded the entire floor, and refinished it as if the damage never happened. Quality work, beautiful result at a very, very fair price. Our old house in culver city has oak floors that needed lots of help. Options were new flooring or refinish the floors. Assured Quality Woodcraft's price was well below any new floor price and the job they did was spectacular.... all completed from initial contact to completion in less than 2 weeks..... and their quote was $600 below the other quotes.
