Great selection, quality work, competitive pricing, friendly and helpful staff, and a well run business. We had Assured Quality Woodcraft install some laminate flooring in a rather difficult space. They worked with us to select the materials and coordinate the installation in 2 sessions to suit our schedule. The floors looked fabulous and were installed on schedule. They were a pleasure to work with in every way.
I recently worked with Assured Quality Woodcraft Flooring and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, timely, and incredibly skilled. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful & a game changer to the home!
What truly set them apart, though, was how they handled everything along the way. The owner personally ensured that the job was completed not only to high standards but also with care, even stepping in to take care of some unexpected last-minute needs that were critical to our project timeline. We had wooden floors in our rental in Hermosa Beach ruined by a 15 pound dog that left HUGE urine stains in every room. The smell and discoloration were horrific. Assured Quality Woodcraft removed all the urine stained boards, sanded the entire floor, and refinished it as if the damage never happened. Quality work, beautiful result at a very, very fair price.
