We have had a home care agency caring for my dad for a year. When our care situation fell apart our previous agency was no longer able to serve us, citing a shortage of employees, which we know is real, but we felt left in a terrible lurch. For the past year, my father was under the care of caregivers from this company. I called soo many companies, and through the grapevine, I found them.From the beginning, Eric, the owner was receptive to our needs and was so considerate in finding the right caregiver for my father's diagnosis. Cynthia, his manager was ALWAYS available to lend a quick ear, and help me problem solve.
