I recently was discharged from the Long Beach Memorial Hospital. What several people have said was an unsafe discharge and needed caregiving service. 24 Hour Home Care provided wonderful 2 caregivers which I highly recommend. Angelina and Lilliana were both so caring and professional and I felt so safe and I was so happy that they were there my first week. I had no idea what caregivers were supposed to do and they took over. I didn't have to ask them to do anything they just did it. I'm not a person who likes to ask for help or likes anyone in my home doing things for me but I was completely comfortable with both of them. Employees in charge of scheduling (Barbara, Ariane) pleasant, kind, friendly, professional, and accommodating. Employees sent out to assist were excellent. Customer service is top-notch; someone would always call me to follow-up to ensure that there weren’t any issues that needed to be resolved. Very happy with this establishment; employees are to be commended for outstanding service.

24hr homecare is Improving getting better and better really listen to our voice send us a recognition letter congratulating us as frontline workers, send us a little gift for our performance, send us an gift certificate from amazon for school supplies pack of $30 dollars for our children looking forward for more improvements feels good to be recognize as a great frontline worker helps us get more motivated afterall thats going on.Ive never got anything or a congratulations from them ever its the first time in the 3 years ive work with them and today they call me to say happy bday i feel special.Thank you 24hr homecare
