I had an incredible experience at The Celtic Knot Spa. This was easily one of the most unique and meaningful massages I’ve ever received.
Jennifer, the owner and massage therapist, is truly gifted. Her deep pressure work is excellent—strong, intentional, and exactly what I was looking for. You can tell she is highly skilled and experienced, and others have noted how surprisingly strong and effective her technique is as well.

Run, don't walk!! I am moving to KS but I wish I could take Jennifer with me. Redding/Anderson/Palo Cedro should know the awesome masseuse they have. At first meeting, she creates a welcoming atmosphere and inquires about problem areas and what you think your body needs. She has great understanding and knowledge for differing techniques. I have experienced the hot stones, gua sha, though she offers many others. So many of my knots are gone when I leave. She currently does it out of her home and it is such a cozy, serene, warm environment. Highly recommend!!
