All the staff was so helpful and friendly. Janey was the best!! ❤ She personally moved our room for us when we were stuck in a conference all day and handled many other things for us. She was our girl!!
Jose was also very helpful, and Katie in the club lounge was a treasure to talk with each morning. Very encouraging, friendly and helpful.
My only complaints or suggestions... Possibly vary the breakfast options in the club lounge (especially for those staying a week or more like us) other than just the sausage type. I’d give this place a 4.5/5 overall. Nice hotel next to the Sundial Bridge and Sacramento River. The hotel was clean and quiet as we stayed there. Easy check-in and friendly. The room was clean and cool. Came with complimentary bottled water and plenty of towels. My only ick was that the shower drain was draining extremely slowly and so it would fill up quick. The restaurant, Mosaic, was welcoming and had good food! Would recommend!
We usually stay here as our halfway stop on our road trips from Seattle to Anaheim and have been coming for the past 5 years.
This was the first time we experienced just okay front desk service at check-in, which was disappointing compared to our past stays.
The main issue this visit was the pool area. We specifically choose this hotel because of the long drive and because our son enjoys swimming. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and hot tub were very dirty and unclean, with a noticeable amount of bugs in the water. It honestly looked like the pool had been neglected for weeks.
