Yes, I would suggest this location. Rania added charm to my encounter. I had a smile on my face the entire morning as soon as we entered. Her good vibes and cheerful demeanor caused me to not remember to take a photo of my breakfast. However, breakfast was excellent. Plus points for the mimosa.
Dinner went well (last night), albeit there was a little wait for our waiter at first. Despite this, the salmon had a deliciously crispy crust and a juicy inside.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The food at mosaic is top notch and our server Austin was phenomenal!!
My husband and l have been staying here 1-2 days a month for years. While the outside appearance is the best hotel in Redding, the beds are not as comfortable, the water pressure in the showers miserable and water temperature not hot enough. We rarely eat at Mosaic bc the food is okay but not great. We stayed at Townplace Suites due to the Sheraton being almost double the price and were stunned that it was considerably quieter, cleaner, beds more comfortable, shower with great water pressure and hot as h---, kitchen in each unit, and good complementary breakfast.
