Purchased an old cabin that had an old wood stove setup. After many times stopping in and talking to Todd and Chris I came to the realization I needed to change out my old setup. Chris personally went out to my house which is a huge drive away from their shop to see what my issues may be. After many times of talking back and forth we felt that a Charnwood e700 was going to be the best stove for my situation. I’m a plumber by profession so they set me up with new pipe and the how to install and made themselves available after hours in case I ran into issues with my install. No other company would do this. Thank you!! First time I’ve had to replace the firebrick in my old wood burning stove and was a little skeptical about my ability to do so. I got the measurements and you set me up with “how to” instructions….mission accomplished within 1/2 hour and only had to trim one brick. Again, thank you!!
