Michael is reliable and explains everything. We had a RAT problem in our crawl space but I could swear it sounded like they were going to chew through the floor boards into the house. Michael came right out and set traps and bait, making sure it was not in an area our dog gets too. Within a week the pest was trapped an gone but he came back each week for a month to make sure. We highly recommended this company.
